1. Return and Refund

 • Once the products are packed, any cancellation, changes and request for refund will result in an admin charge of HKD20.
 • Customer shall be responsible for service charges, if any, imposed by the payment solution providers or financial intermediaries during the refund.
 • You are recommended to contact us immediately after receiving the products should there be any issues. Requests for replacement or refund will only be considered within 3 working days after delivery.
 • Product photos on this site are for reference only, and may deviate from the actual products due to the quality of the photos. Such deviations, if any, do not act as a ground for replacement and refund.
 • All return and refund requests are subject to the final decision of the Company.

2. Force Majeure

If the Company is prevented in the performance of the services it offers on this site by reason of act of God, fire, flood, casualty, accident or other natural disaster, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes that beyond the reasonable control of the Company, the Company shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.

The Company shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, liability, damage, personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly to your access and use of the website and the content.
